This low-carb beef cube steak is jam-packed with flavors and will send your taste buds into ecstasy! It's made with simple ingredients too. Cubed steaks are definitely my go-to keto dish when I'm in the mood for some beef for dinner.
Season the steaks with salt and ground black pepper on both sides.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet pan.
Sear the stakes on both sides for 2 - 3 minutes or until they brown.
Chop the mushrooms and onions and add them to the steaks inside the crockpot.
Mix the heavy cream, cream cheese, beef broth, and garlic powder in a large bowl. If using Cream Mushroom Soup, skip the heavy cream and creamed cheese.
Cook the stakes along with the gravy in a slow cooker set on "Low" for 6 to 8 hours.
