Crockpot Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan Chicken Pasta Recipe

There's no better way to greet your guests than with a heartwarming Garlic Parmesan Chicken Pasta. This twist of the popular Tik Tok recipe is made with milk instead of heavy cream and doesn't have any butter. I like serving it with a glass of Chardonnay or Sauvignon Blanc.

Equipment

Ingredients

  • A bottle of BWW garlic parmesan sauce or an equal amount of the homemade variety
  • 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts or 2 pounds boneless chicken thighs
  • 18 ounces pasta cooked
  • 1 cup milk
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese freshly ground
  • 1/2 tsp all purpose seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp roasted garlic and herb
  • 1/2 tsp dried paprika

Instructions

  • Season the chicken with the dry spices.
  • Place the chicken at the bottom of the slow cooker. In case you're making this recipe on the stove top, grill the chicken in a skillet pan then remove it and proceed to the next step.
  • Pour the sauce over the chicken. For the stove top alternative, pour the sauce in the same pan you grilled the chicken.
  • Add the milk, blocks of cream cheese and freshly ground parmesan and mix until well combined.
  • Cook on low for 4 hours and shred chicken with a fork. If you're making it on the stove, combine the shredded chicken with the sauce.
  • Boil the pasta according to package instructions.
  • Mix in the cooked pasta.
