Creamy Whipped Feta with Honey Dip Recipe

This whipped Feta with honey dip recipe is an excellent choice if you're looking for a dipping sauce to go with your grilled vegetables. Its sweet and savory flavor also pairs quite well with crackers and pita bread.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt whole fat
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp oregano dried
  • 1 tsp basil dried
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper coarsely ground
  • 1/4 cup honey best if homemade
  • 1/4 cup walnuts chopped

Instructions

  • Blend the cheese, yogurt, and olive oil with a hand blender or a food processor.
  • Add the dried oregano and basil and pulse the yogurt mixture. You can cover the mixture and leave it in the fridge for later.
  • Transfer the yogurt mixture into a bowl and run the back of the spoon in a spiral fashion. Drizzle the honey into the grooves, then sprinkle the coarse ground black pepper and chopped walnuts on top.
  • Serve with some crackers or pita bread.
