How to Cook Vienna Sausages

These juicy little Vienna Sausages are made with just some Emmental cheese and bacon. They're the perfect calorie bomb for a quick dinner and go great with any potato salad.

Ingredients

  • 9.25 oz Vienna Sausages one can
  • 3 slices of high quality bacon
  • 1/2 oz emmental
  • Horseradish optional

Instructions

  • Start by cutting each sausage lengthwise, but not all the way through.
    9.25 oz Vienna Sausages
  • Cut the cheese into thin strips so you can stuff each sausage.
    1/2 oz emmental
  • Wrap the stuffed sausages in bacon and place them in a baking tray.
    3 slices of high quality bacon, Horseradish
  • Bake in a preheated oven until the cheese starts to melt.

Notes

Serve with french fries or red potato salad.
